Inclusão no contexto da Educação Profissional e Tecnológica: contribuições para o fortalecimento do NAPNEE de um campus do IFMG

| dc.description.abstract | This research aims to contribute to the improvement of one of the NAPNEE from the IFMG so that the process of inclusion in this campus can be developed and also can help about the enhancement of the conditions of permanency and learning of students with specific educational. The methodological proposal of this work consists of a qualitative approach. The question that guides this research is: how can the improvement of the NAPNEE contribute to ensure inclusive education within a campus of the IFMG? Through research-action, the aim is to act directly on the routines and activities of the sector to propose alternatives for the improvement of the actions accomplished, in addition to engage actively in the context of NAPNEE. So far, the bibliographical research has been fulfilled, an interview was conducted with a member of the management team of the campus, which is the locus of the present work, represented by the Director of Studies, to understand the management process and the expectations that these participants have about the performance of the researched sector, as well as to evaluate the conception of the inclusion policy in the researched unit. Moreover, a focus group was held with the members of NAPNEE in order to analyze how inclusion is materialized. Subsequently, a physical questionnaire was administered to teachers of the mentioned campus in order to raise the perceptions of the teaching group about the actions and support of NAPNEE. As a consequence of the researchaction, after analyzing the data, the parameters were established to implement internal changes, through the elaboration of an action plan for the sector. Finally, the educational product entitled "Conhecendo o NAPNEE do IFMG" ("Getting to know about the NAPNEE of the IFMG") was developed and it was consisted of an informative manual with the objective of reformulating the access to information about the sector for the school community. Based on the results obtained and on the formulation and application of an educational product, aimed at answering the questions raised by this research, it is proposed to reorganize the NAPNEE support for the actors involved in the teaching-learning process and to strengthen the inclusion in the researched campus. | |
