Abstract
Objective: To analyze the impact of intrapreneurship and artificial intelligence on the development of the DIANA chatbot, identifying how this innovation contributes to digital literacy in Diversity, Equity and Inclusion (DEI) at Algar Telecom. Methodology: The case study is of a qualitative descriptive nature, based on an opportunity mapped in the internal initiative “TH Challenge with AI”. Based on the documentary analysis and internal videos of Algar Telecom, information was collected about the development of the DIANA Chatbot up to its pilot phase. Main results: The expected contributions are to strengthen the culture of innovation and promote intrapreneurship, optimizing TH processes through the application of AI. Methodological contributions: The project provides a more dynamic and creative environment, where practices that are aligned with (new) management ideas and organizational innovation are explored. Relevance/originality: In addition to optimizing internal processes, the initiative also strengthens ESG practices. The creation of the chatbot reflects the internal DEI literacy process and demonstrates the company's commitment to advancing its strategic dimensions. Contributions to management: The project improves HT management activities through advanced tools such as AI, strengthens the culture of innovation and agile methodologies while promoting inclusion and continuous training through intrapreneurship.
