Proposta de um sistemaintegrado de agendamento e gestão de reuniões para servidores do IFMG

This work aimed at the development of a web system to optimize the scheduling of meetings among staff members at the Federal Institute of Education, Science, and Technology of Minas Gerais - São João Evangelista Campus (IFMG-SJE). Scheduling was done manually, leaving room for challenges such as disorganization, delays, and scheduling conflicts. The proposed system aimed to improve communication and meeting management by providing a channel that facilitated scheduling, reduced agenda conflicts, and allowed better time management. The proposed solution enabled remote access at any time using mobile or desktop devices, bringing greater efficiency and organization to the academic environment. For the execution of this project, system requirements were gathered, prototypes were developed, implemented, and their use was documented to achieve a functional, secure, and simple system, thus meeting the stipulated objectives.
