Modelagem de Aplicativo de Delivery para Economia Solidária

This work presents the proposal of a collaborative delivery system model, developed as an alternative to traditional private platforms. The goal is to offer a solution that can be easily replicated by cooperatives, community associations, or other forms of organization based on the solidarity economy, with lower operational costs and a focus on strengthening the local economy. The adopted methodology included a comparative analysis of existing applications, requirements gathering, and the creation of prototypes based on data collected through surveys applied to consumers, entrepreneurs, and delivery workers. As a result, visual and conceptual documentation was produced, which can serve as a foundation for the development of fairer, more transparent, and sustainable community-based solutions.
