Abstract
With the exponential increase in electronic devices being manufactured worldwide to meet the high demand of the population for technology, an inherent consequence of this process is the need for device repairs to ensure extended usage, both in the production process and in post-sales situations. Currently, there are several microenterprises that offer electronic equipment repair services such as cell phones, tablets, computers, among others. Based on the complexity and size of certain components such as processors, memory, and micro resistors, there arises a need for temperature control during the removal and insertion of a new component. To address this issue, machines have been developed that allow for such control and quality assurance. However, the main prerequisite for this process is the measurement of temperature profiles through a temperature acquisition device. The problem faced by small entrepreneurs is the difficulty of acquiring a low-cost equipment capable of reliably measuring the process temperatures. Therefore, in this work, an electronic circuit prototype was developed to measure, convert, and deliver these values, aiming to prove the efficiency of the equipment compared to devices found in the market.
